SHIPPING RATES
Shipping will be free throughout the peninsula for purchases over 20 €, for lower purchases the shipping costs will be 6,99 €. Shipments to Mallorca will be free for purchases over 50 €, for lower purchases the shipping costs will be 9 €. Shipments to Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera will be free for purchases over 60 €, for lower purchases the shipping costs will be 12,7 €. No shipments are made to the Canary Islands.
PAYMENT METHODS
They may be cash on delivery, by card, paypal and bank transfer.

ORDER DELIVERY
Shipments will not be made until full payment has been received, with the exception of cash on delivery orders.
The confirmation time of a payment can take up to 48 hours for purchases with the bank transfer method, in that case you can send us the proof of transfer to speed up the order process.
Delivery times will be 24h-48h on working days, from Monday to Friday. No deliveries will be made on Saturdays or Sundays.
In case the product is not in stock, delivery could take up to 15 days. However, the client will be informed of this situation.
Even if stock is available, it may not be enough in case of high demand. In this case, the products in stock will be delivered following the order of the order, communicating to the customers who have run out of their order both the incidence and the delivery time. The company could contact you by phone or email.
The recipient must review the product at the time of receipt, and expose all claims.
The products are considered delivered at the time indicated on the delivery note.
Orders with delivery in 2 hours in Barcelona, will only be issued for orders placed from Monday to Friday from 10-14 and 17-18: 45 h. * During Covid-19 this delivery option is disabled

RETURN POLICY
Todos los productos podrán ser devueltos siempre que se indique el motivo y se haga dentro de un plazo máximo de 14 días naturales tras la recepción del pedido y se cumplan una serie de requisitos:
- The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered, with its seals and original packaging.
- They must use the same cardboard box with which the product was received.
- Include delivery note in the box marking the products that are being returned and indicating the reason.
When we receive the product we will proceed to examine them and we will inform you if you have the right to a refund of the amounts paid for the products purchased.
Only the amount corresponding to the returned product/s will be paid, never shipping costs.
The return will be carried out as soon as possible, within a maximum period of 30 days from the receipt of the return request. The return will be made by bank transfer in an account with the same owner as the person who placed the order.
Returns of products that are not in the same conditions as received or that have been opened will not be accepted.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
You must send us photographs and explain in detail the reason and damages suffered by the product to the following email account [email protected]
When we receive the request, we will contact you to give you the guidelines to follow on how to process the return shipment.
Once the product is in our facilities, we will examine it carefully, and as soon as possible, we will contact you indicating if we proceed to return or replace it.
In case of not having stock of the product, the total amounts including shipping costs will be returned.
In case of partial returns, only the amount paid for the product will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
